We provide project management and consulting services to international, private, government, non-profit organizations, and other institutions. The purpose of this job role:
- Manage projects and tasks, working with Tulodo staff, clients, partners, consultants and vendors;
- Provide high quality advice to clients, partners and other stakeholders;
- Develop Tulodo's work program through networking, communication and business development activities; and
- Represent Tulodo externally at various events and media.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor project performance and ensure that work meets quality standards and client requirements, including planning, budgeting, resources and outcomes,
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that tasks are completed on time and on budget;
- Identify stakeholders and maintain effective relationships with them, including clients, partners, vendors and others,
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact;
- Work with the Finance Team to budget, monitor and ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently,
- Reports on activities and other documentation related to the project,
- Evaluate and review projects to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvement.
