Roles Overview:
Alam Santi’s EcoGames project is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team. This role involves monitoring and managing stock levels, coordinating with the production team, and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels in Woocommerce, Craftybase, and actual stock. Conduct regular stock takes and report discrepancies. Coordinate with the production team regarding low stock and inventory needs.
- Logistics and Coordination: Arrange packing and shipping of products. Possibly outsource some materials as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks. Help maintain accurate records and inventory databases.
