Responsibilities:
- Work with contractors and suppliers to prepare the vertical farm for launch.
- Develop a sales strategy for vertical farm products (scheduled for launch in Q3 2024).
- Oversee business processes prioritizing farm efficiency and financial viability in accordance with the sales strategy.
- Analyze Denpasar's (Bali, Indonesia) vegetable and herb market demands, conduct competitor assessments, risk evaluations, and craft strategies to enhance product offerings and services.
- Conduct sales analysis, monitor and optimize project budgets, and look for solutions aligned with the objectives of the Nuanu community and iFarm.
- Hire and manage a team of 5+ employees.
- Build and maintain connections with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and refine the farm’s marketing strategy in Nuanu and Bali.
