Position Overview:
As the Accelerator Programme Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward by assisting with the development and execution of our accelerator programs. You will work closely with visionary entrepreneurs, industry experts, and partners to foster innovation, facilitate growth, and amplify the impact of sustainable solutions. You will report directly to the company's CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the planning, and execution of accelerator programs to support seed to series A-stage startups focused on climate change mitigation and sustainable living.
- Identify and recruit promising startups aligned with our mission and values.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive ecosystem by facilitating connections between startups, mentors, investors, and industry partners.
- Organize workshops, networking events, and demo days to showcase the progress and achievements of participating startups.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of BEV’s accelerator programs and iterate on strategies to continuously improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to leverage resources and maximize impact.
