About the position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of digital projects including the development and integration of an internal management system, CRM, finance, inventory, service histories, and warranty management solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in software development and project management, and who is proficient in leading crossfunctional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Within this transverse role, you will collaborate with all Agros teams and work directly with our country teams to develop the best systems to support our operations with farmers.
What you will be working on
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects across various domains such as internal systems, CRM, finance, and inventory management.
- Manage a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Establish and maintain project management guidelines and best practices using Agile methodologies.
- Ensure effective usage of project management tools such as Asana for task tracking and progress reporting.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive environment by facilitating regular meetings, sprints, and review sessions.
- Liaise with other managers and users in the company to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables aligned to business objectives.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Prepare and present reports on project status and outcomes to senior management and investors.
