About Aquarev:
Aquarev is a venture-backed social enterprise created by The Meloy Fund to renovate, revitalize, and revolve credit for up to 75,000 poorly performing smallholder shrimp farms in Indonesia. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Revenue Operations to lead our revenue generation efforts and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand market reach.
- Create sales and revenue plans, including streamlining product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Lead efforts to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Balances customer demand with constraints in order to achieve customer service, margin and working capital targets
- Oversee demand-supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve supply chain processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the sales process for harvested shrimp products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize sales revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Manage the overall distribution process of shrimp products to retail partners, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics.
- Reduces surprises and enhances proactive decision-making.
