About the Role

This role is for energetic, proactive, and innovative Partnership & Collaboration Specialist to join our team. Your mission will be to partner with Brands, hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments across the region to help them effortlessly drive growth, expand global presence and create ongoing buzz and engagements through collaborative partnership in Sustainable Guest Amenities.

As a Partnership & Collaboration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client and partner network, nurturing strong relationships, and surpassing performance goals. Join us to make a meaningful impact in the world of sustainable hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Partnership Plans: Identify and engage potential clients and brands, understand their needs, and tailor strategies to align with market trends and client preferences for optimal results.
  • Drive Outreach Initiatives: Conduct warm and cold outreach to share why more and more hotels and brands are choosing to partner with us in the area of sustainable guest amenities, how it benefits them and enhances their business.
  • Cultivate Strong Client and Partner Relationships: Nurture ongoing relationships with clients and partner, providing outstanding service and support to help grow and expand their business.
  • Deliver Needs-Based Solutions: Analyze client and partner needs and present tailored solutions that emphasize the benefits and value of our offerings, including managing negotiations and development of partnership agreement.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination of business development, order fulfillment, and related support.
  • Stay Informed and Proactive: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to spot opportunities for business growth and strategic improvements.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Track activities, client and partner interactions, and pipeline developments to maintain organized records and provide valuable insights.
  • Report to Management: Share regular performance updates, pipeline status, and market intelligence with management for informed decision-making.
  • Undertake Additional Responsibilities: Handle other tasks as assigned by management to support business needs.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with GUAVA team members worldwide to achieve common goals and drive success.

ii. Skills

  • Fluency in English: Strong communication skills for engaging seamlessly with native English speakers.
  • Multilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Japanese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog can be beneficial in this role given the extensive need to communicate with our clients and partners from various countries outside Singapore.   • Hospitality Experience: Previous work in the hospitality industry, or experience building relationships with hotels or experience working with Brands is highly beneficial.
  • Corporate Partnership Experience: Prior experience in corporate partnership is an advantage, allowing you to hit the ground running in this role.
