Job Responsibilities

Event Management (60%)

Managed assigned fundraising events and projects from conceptualization to execution
Reaching out to potential sponsors and partners for collaborations
Engage relevant stakeholders to get support for smooth event execution
Maintaining event income & Expenditure
Partnerships (40%)
Partnership development and preparing of pitch deck
Engaging of existing donor to enhance on existing relationship
Enhance online giving framework to better maximize outcome. Include but not limited to SEO, digital marketing
Ensuring compliance with fundraising requirements and Code of Governance

➔ Profile

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Management preferred.
Relevant experience advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills
Effectively bilingual, both written and spoken advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
A positive and committed attitude with a strong desire to serve the community.
Organised, detailed and able to multi-task
