We are currently looking for a proactive Programme Assistant to join our SPIRAL Programme Department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project management or finance, possess excellent interpersonal and strong writing skills, and demonstrate a systematic and detail-oriented approach to their work. Passion for making a social impact is essential.
As a Programme Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include project management, managing contracts, financial resources, and coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful execution and reporting of activities and expenses. An interest in natural farming, enjoyment of working with people, and a love for the outdoors and nature will be a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing contracts, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Handle financial resources effectively, including budget tracking and expense management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and report on progress.
- Support in the planning and execution of study tours and events, ensuring smooth logistics and participant satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, expenses, and communications.
